Nettleton is 8-1 against Belmont since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Nettleton Tigers duke it out with the Belmont Cardinals at 2:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Meanwhile, Belmont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They fell 63-52 to Red Bay.

Belmont's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Nettleton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9.

Nettleton came up short against Belmont when the teams last played back in November of 2023, falling 52-44. Can Nettleton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
