Lincoln-Sudbury waltzed into their match on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Hopkinton Hillers by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lizzie Adolfsson paced Lincoln-Sudbury's offense, picking up nine kills. Adolfsson got some help from Maddie Cacciatore and her 29 assists. Cece O'Keefe controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Despite the loss, Hopkinton still got an impressive performance from Sydney Stephen, who had 19 digs and three assists. Stephen is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Lincoln-Sudbury's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Hopkinton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-5.

Lincoln-Sudbury has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Waltham on the 21st. As for Hopkinton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Westwood on the 20th.
