Evan Morris Dazzles in Canon-Mcmillan Victory

Starting off the list is Canon-McMillan's Evan Morris, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Morris rushed for 216 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per carry. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.

Canon-McMillan's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. Morris and Canon-McMillan will head out to face off against Central Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Jy'Aire Walls produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Central Catholic to the win on Friday. Walls threw for 254 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

The win (which was Central Catholic's seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-2. Walls and Central Catholic will face off against Canon-McMillan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Elijah Faulkner Turns in Season-Best Performance

Elijah Faulkner produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Central Catholic to the win on Friday. Faulkner rushed for 121 yards and three touchdowns.

Seneca Valley had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Faulkner it was a similar story. Faulkner rushed for 134 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry the last time he and the Raiders duked it out back in October of 2023.

A Season-Best Effort from Bradley Gompers Leads Central Catholic over Seneca Valley

On Friday, Central Catholic got the W thanks in part to Bradley Gompers playing the best football he has all season. Gompers picked up 146 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 61 yards.

For the season, Gompers has caught 7 touchdowns while averaging 69.8 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 2.75 receiving yards per game.
