Soccer Game Preview: Madison vs. Spring Woods

The Madison Marlins will square off against the Spring Woods Tigers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Madison's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Madison is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Westbury on Monday. Madison and Westbury finished up their game with a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, Spring Woods waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victor by a 5-1 margin over the Mustangs.

Spring Woods has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those seven games. Madison's draw gives them a new season record of 2-2-1.
