If West Florida was feeling good fresh off their 51-23 takedown of Bay last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The West Florida Jaguars took a hard 59-40 fall against the McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets on Tuesday. The Jaguars' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Several Jaguars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kamora Harris, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Amani Bartholomew, who put up four points and five rebounds.

West Florida's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for McGill-Toolen, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 17-6.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the West Florida Jaguars challenge the Foley Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. McGill-Toolen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
