Volleyball Game Preview: Clovis North Broncos vs. Clovis Cougars

Clovis North is 1-9 against Clovis since May of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m.

Clovis North came up short against Clovis East last Thursday, falling 3-0.

Clovis North was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Clovis waltzed into their matchup last Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bears.

Clovis walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-21, 25-13.

Clovis pushed their record up to 20-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Clovis North, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-10.
