Basketball Recap: North Springs Comes Up Short

North Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 62-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-45 back in November of 2024.

North Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for St. Pius X Catholic, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 13-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Springs will square off against Marist at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Pius X Catholic, they will take on Tucker at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
