Basketball Recap: T.R. Miller's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road

T.R. Miller won the last time they faced Northview, and Myles Johnson did his part to make sure it happened again. The T.R. Miller Tigers simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Northview Chiefs 55-14 thanks in part to Johnson, who made all 7 shots he took to post 17 points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Another player making a difference was Eli Hubbert, who posted ten points and eight boards. Those eight rebounds gave him a new career-high.

T.R. Miller's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-8. As for Northview, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-17.

T.R. Miller didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 59-48 loss against Monroe County on the 28th. Northview has also already played their next match (against Pensacola Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
