Pelion had to endure a seven-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Silver Bluff Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday. The Panthers not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 2nd (when they won 3-0).

Alexia Hansen paced Pelion's offense, picking up six kills. Hansen got some help from Hayley Maxwell and her ten assists. Savanna Padgett controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Pelion's win bumped their record up to 9-15-1. As for Silver Bluff, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-9.

Looking ahead, Pelion will take on Saluda at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Silver Bluff, they will head out on the road to challenge Allendale-Fairfax at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
