Volleyball Recap: Riverton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Riverton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Evanston Devils. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Devils this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss last Friday.

Alexis Taylor paced Riverton's offense, picking up 13 kills. Taylor got some help from Halli Weber and her 18 assists.

Evanston found their leader in sophomore Brinley Hanks, who had 15 digs and four assists.

Riverton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-20. As for Evanston, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-15 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Riverton is set to take on their familiar foe Jackson Hole at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Evanston will challenge rival Star Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
