After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wenatchee, Eastmont was happy to have turned things around on Friday. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was Eastmont who was credited with the win. Eastmont got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Eisenhower Cadets's three. For Eastmont, this counts as revenge for the 1-0 victory Eisenhower walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Eastmont's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Eisenhower, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastmont will face off against Sunnyside at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eisenhower, they will take on Davis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Davis' last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
