Recap: St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings vs. Bryn Mawr Mawrtians
The St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season. They blew past Bryn Mawr 65-45. Winning may never get old, but St. John's Catholic Prep sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Leading St. John's Catholic Prep to victory were Nadia Ferguson and Cayenne Pigeon. Ferguson scored 21 points, while Pigeon scored 22 points. The contest was Pigeon's sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isabella Wilson, who scored nine points.
St. John's Catholic Prep is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Bryn Mawr, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Notre Dame Prep the next time they take the court. St. John's Catholic Prep will host Notre Dame Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, while Bryn Mawr will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
