Statesville had won two straight home games and Paul Cauthen did his part to make it three on Monday. Everything went the Statesville Greyhounds' way against the West Iredell Warriors as the Statesville Greyhounds made off with an 85-65 win thanks to Cauthen, who dropped a double-double with 23 points and 12 rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 45.1% shooting accuracy.
The team also got some help courtesy of Ameiyon Jehahj Sherrill, who made all 5 shots he took for 15 points and seven boards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.
