Basketball Recap: Paris Takes a Loss

Paris was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a blow against the West Jessamine Colts, falling 71-41. The match marked the Greyhounds' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Paris' loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for West Jessamine, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-8.

Coming up, Paris will face off against Montgomery County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for West Jessamine, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Burgin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
