Soccer Recap: Surry Central Takes a Loss

Surry Central came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-1 to the North Surry Greyhounds.

Surry Central's goal came courtesy of Daisy Sanchez, who's now up to two this season.

Surry Central dropped their record down to 3-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for North Surry, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3-2.

Surry Central didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, an 8-0 loss against Wilkes Central on the 16th. As for North Surry, they have also already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against East Surry on the 15th.
