Volleyball Recap: Carroll Comes Up Short

Carroll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Western Panthers, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-19, 25-10.

Carroll's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Western, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carroll will welcome Clinton Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Western, they will host Eastern at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
