After a string of seven wins, Nevis's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Duluth East Greyhounds. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Greyhounds apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2015.

Nevis' defeat dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Duluth East, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 18-8.

Coming up, Nevis will be playing in front of their home fans against Bertha-Hewitt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Duluth East has already played their next contest (against Blaine), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
