Galesburg is 3-0 against Normal West since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Galesburg Silver Streaks will venture away from home to take on the Normal West Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Galesburg will be strutting in after a victory while Normal West will be coming in after a loss.

On Saturday, everything came up roses for Galesburg against East Moline United as the squad secured a 57-25 win. The Silver Streaks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Normal West took a blow against Limestone on Thursday, falling 55-27. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Normal West's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Galesburg, their victory bumped their record up to 19-6.

Everything went Galesburg's way against Normal West when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as Galesburg made off with an 80-55 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Galesburg since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
