Softball Recap: Windham Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Windham can now relate to. They fell just short of the Timberlane Owls by a score of 9-8 on Wednesday. The Jaguars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Owls earlier this season, when they won 14-3.

Windham has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-6 record this season. As for Timberlane, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-9.

Windham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Timberlane, they will face off against Bedford on Saturday.
