Basketball Recap: Greenville Now 9-2 over Last 11 Games

Greenville won against Ottawa Hills last Tuesday with 49 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Greenville Yellow Jackets enjoyed a cozy 49-33 win over the Coopersville Broncos. Given the Yellow Jackets' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 116th, while the Broncos are ranked 336th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Greenville is also on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Coopersville, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenville has already played their next game (against Allendale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Coopersville has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Sparta.
