Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Melstone). They claimed a resounding 77-14 win over the Powder River County Hawks. The Broncs' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Melstone's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Powder River County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Melstone will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Forsyth at 5:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Melstone's defense has only allowed 29.3 points per game this season, so Forsyth's offense will have their work cut out for them. Powder River County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
