Basketball Recap: Lexington Christian Academy Extends Winning Streak to 19

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lexington Christian Academy). Everything went their way against the Wheeler Warriors on Friday as the Lexington Christian Academy Lions made off with an 80-59 victory. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 21 points or more this season.

The win keeps them at an undefeated 16-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.2 points over those games. As for Wheeler, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
