Baseball Recap: New Trier Trevians vs. Niles West Wolves
It's playoff time, and New Trier had no trouble coming through when it counted. They won by a run and slipped past the Niles West Wolves 5-4. The victory was nothing new for the Trevians as they're now sitting on six straight.
New Trier got a great performance from Greg Campitelli as he pitched five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. Campitelli has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.
