Volleyball Recap: River Islands Riptide vs. Tokay Tigers
The River Islands Riptide made easy work of the Tokay Tigers on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Riptide.
One reason for the win was River Islands' just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-19, 25-16.
David Chua paced River Islands' offense, picking up 13 kills. Chua got some help from Urijah DeOcampo and his 22 assists. Chua was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.
