The West Essex Knights will head out to challenge the Verona Hillbillies at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

West Essex is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Caldwell just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 42-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chiefs. The game marked the Knights' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Verona ended the year with a bang, routing Cedar Grove 37-13 on Saturday.

Verona now has a winning record of 3-2. As for West Essex, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-2.
