Basketball Recap: Sheldon Now 5-1 over Last Six Games

On Saturday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, the Sheldon Irish beat the Crater Comets 56-51.

Sheldon is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.2 points per game. As for Crater, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-4.

Sheldon will square off against Thurston at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Crater, they will face off against North Medford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North Medford is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.5 points per game this season.
