The Cimarron Rams will head out on the road to take on the Grady Bronchos at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Cimarron is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 12.9 runs per game this season.

Cimarron is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Monday. They came up short against Logan, falling 11-3. The match marked the Rams' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Ethan Eppler was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Carlos Coca also deserves some recognition as he got his first hits of the season.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Grady's offense. They lost 11-0 to Magdalena on Monday. The Bronchos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cimarron's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Grady, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Cimarron couldn't quite finish off Grady when the teams last played back in May of 2024 and fell 10-8. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
