Basketball Game Preview: Coconino Panthers vs. Flagstaff Eagles

Coconino is 0-10 against Flagstaff since February of 2020 but things could change on Monday. The Coconino Panthers will host the Flagstaff Eagles at 7:00 p.m.

Coconino is headed into Monday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Thursday. They fell 52-42 to Bradshaw Mountain.

Meanwhile, Flagstaff came tearing into Thursday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 36 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 59-44 win over the Badgers.

Flagstaff has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.8 points per game. As for Coconino, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-17.
