Overton won the last time they faced McGavock, and Tahj McLemore did his part to make sure it happened again. The Overton Bobcats blew past the McGavock Raiders, posting a 69-35 win thanks in part to McLemore, who went 12-for-15 on his way to 24 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. Those 24 points gave him a new career-high.

William Livingston was another key player, going 6-for-8 en route to 14 points. He is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 44% in the last six games he's played.

The victory got Overton back to even at 12-12. As for McGavock, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-18 record this season.

Overton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 63-26 loss against Hillsboro on the 22nd. McGavock does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
