Softball Recap: Colusa Has No Trouble Against Pierce

Colusa never let their opponents score on Friday. Everything went their way against the Pierce Bears as they made off with a 7-0 win. The result was nothing new for the RedHawks, who have now won 18 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Braelyn Santana, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in April.

Colusa is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 8.3 runs. As for Pierce, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-15.

As of now, neither Colusa nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
