They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 12-11 win over the North Sevier Wolves on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Thunderbirds have posted since March 8, 2024.

Halia Aumua was a standout: she got on base in four of her six plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Natalie Burgin also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

Timpview hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North Sevier struck out six times.
