Basketball Recap: San Angelo Central Comes Up Short

San Angelo Central lost against Odessa two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The San Angelo Central Bobcats fell just short of the Odessa Bronchos by a score of 27-24.

San Angelo Central's defeat dropped their record down to 10-21. As for Odessa, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-20.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the San Angelo Central Bobcats face off against the Frenship Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Frenship will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something San Angelo Central surely won't give up without a fight. As for Odessa, they will head out on the road to square off against Permian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Odessa is facing Permian at the right time seeing as Permian is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
