Soccer Game Preview: Jordan vs. Willow Spring

The Jordan Falcons will take on the Willow Spring Storm at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jordan will be strutting in after a victory while Willow Spring will be coming in after a loss.

Jordan is coming into the contest on the come-up as their season has now been buoyed by two straight wins. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Green Level on Thursday. The win was all the more spectacular given Jordan's disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 220th, while Green Level are ranked 73rd).

Jordan hit Green Level with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Lucas Gonzalez Dutor, Noah Pittman, and Ryan Littles.

Meanwhile, Willow Spring lost 5-1 to Apex Friendship on Thursday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Willow Spring were already down 3-0.

Willow Spring's defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 9-9-4. As for Jordan, their victory bumped their record up to 4-10-3.

Jordan skirted past Willow Spring 1-0 in their previous matchup on October 2nd. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do the Storm have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
