Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is Nettleton's Fourth in Last Five Outings

The Nettleton Tigers earned a 2-0 victory over the West Lauderdale Knights on Saturday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Nettleton took both sets by at least 25 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0.

Nettleton is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for West Lauderdale, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Nettleton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against West Lowndes on the 16th. As for West Lauderdale, they will head out to challenge Clarkdale at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
