Benton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Pinckneyville Panthers by a score of 48-38. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 57-39 back in January.

Benton's victory bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Pinckneyville, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 20-7.
