Thousand Oaks extended their winning streak to six on Thursday, bumping them up to 6-0. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Camarillo Scorpions. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lancers also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

As for Camarillo, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered since October 1, 2024.

Camarillo's loss came despite strong showings from Monet Taylor and Ellie Feller. Taylor had nine digs and nine assists, while Feller had four digs and three assists.

Thousand Oaks wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Harvard-Westlake on the 2nd. As for Camarillo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Buena on the 5th.
