Soccer Recap: Cascade Beats Chelan for Their Fourth Straight Win

Cascade lost to Chelan two weeks ago, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Kodiaks were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Mountain Goats. The result was nothing new for Cascade, who have now won four contests by three goals or more so far this season.

The win was the fourth in a row for Cascade, bringing their record up to 9-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those four games. As for Chelan, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1-1 and their overall record down to 4-6-1.

Looking ahead, Cascade will host Okanogan at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Okanogan will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Cascade surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chelan, they will head out on the road to challenge Manson at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Manson's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
