Volleyball Recap: Cascade Comes Up Short

Cascade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mountlake Terrace Hawks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bruins of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Cascade now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Mountlake Terrace, the victory snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 2-5 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cascade will square off against Lake Stevens at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mountlake Terrace, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
