Flag Football Game Preview: Gateway Olympians vs. Skyview Wolverines

The Gateway Olympians will head out to face off against the Skyview Wolverines at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Gateway hasn't scored more than six points for nine games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

Gateway is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Poudre School District on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Olympians were dealt a 72-0 loss at the hands of the Stars. While losing is never fun, the Olympians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado flag football rankings (they are ranked 72nd, while the Stars are ranked 17th).

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Skyview's offense. They were outmatched by Northglenn and fell 67-0.

Skyview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Gateway, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.
