Volleyball Preview: Alamosa Mean Moose vs. Centauri Falcons        
        
		
             Alamosa is 8-2 against Centauri since October of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The Alamosa Mean Moose will be playing at home against the Centauri Falcons  at 6:30  p.m. Alamosa will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
 Last Friday,  everything went Alamosa's way against Montezuma-Cortez as Alamosa made off with  a  3-0 victory.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-17,  25-12.
 Alamosa relied on the efforts of   Arreli Felix, who  had four  aces, and   Aubrey Rothermich, who  hit 66.7% for 17  killsten  aces and six  digs. That's the most  aces  Felix has posted since back in August.
 Alamosa  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 21  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least six  aces in nine consecutive  matchups.
 Meanwhile, Centauri came up short against Colorado Springs Christian on Friday and fell  3-1.
 The final score came out to 25-16, 22-25, 25-15,  25-13.
 Alamosa pushed their record up to 11-2 with the  win, which was their sixth straight  at home. As for Centauri, their defeat  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 6-9.
 Alamosa took their  victory against Centauri  when the teams last played  back in September by a conclusive  3-0. Will Alamosa repeat their success,  or does  Centauri have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
