The Bunker Hill Bears will head out to take on the Randleman Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Last Friday, Bunker Hill humbled St. Stephens with a 48-7 victory. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Bears just coasted through the last quarter.

Jason Willis Jr was a one-man wrecking crew for Bunker Hill as he rushed for 306 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 16.1 yards per carry. Willis Jr was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 62 yards. Anton Elliott was in the mix as well, providing Bunker Hill with two touchdowns touchdowns.

Bunker Hill's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged three passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Logan Starnes and Jaylan Willis. Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Randleman beat West Stokes 34-28 on Friday. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Wildcats are ranked 151st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bunker Hill's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0. As for Randleman, the win made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 2-0.
