Pitman has gone a perfect 10-0 against Salem recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Panthers are taking a road trip to face off against the Rams at 4:00 p.m. Pitman's pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so Salem's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Pitman blew Glassboro out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Wednesday Glassboro got their revenge. The Panthers fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 4-2. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Salem was able to grind out a solid victory over Penns Grove on Wednesday, taking the game 6-3. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Pitman's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Salem, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Pitman took their victory against Salem when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 13-1 score. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
