Basketball Recap: Parkdale Skates Past Northwestern with Ease

You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Parkdale's strategy against Northwestern on Thursday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Parkdale Panthers blew the Northwestern Wildcats out of the water with a 68-40 final score. That looming 68-40 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Panthers yet this season.

Parkdale was led to victory by Alusine Mansaray and EJ Healey. Mansaray went 8 for 16 en route to 24 points along with six rebounds and three steals, while Healey went 8 of 15 on his way to 22 points. The dominant performance gave Mansaray a new career-high in points. Brightly Anagho was another key player, putting up seven points.

Parkdale's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Northwestern, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
