Basketball Recap: William Penn Comes Up Short

William Penn was the 59-31 winner over Early College when they last played one another back in February of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The William Penn Colonials had to suffer through a 68-38 loss at the hands of the Early College Hornets. The Colonials have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

William Penn's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Early College, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. William Penn will host Hodgson Vo-Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Early College, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lake Forest at 6:30 p.m.
