Soccer Game Preview: Faith Christian vs. Oregon

The Faith Christian Falcons will head out on the road to face off against the Oregon Hawks at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Faith Christian is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Faith Christian who was credited with the win on Friday. The Falcons got it done in the shootout by posting two goals to Tri-State Christian's one.

Oregon will bounce into Monday's contest after beating Dixon, who they had gone 1-6 against in their seven prior meetings. The Hawks beat the Dukes & Duchesses by a goal, winning 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Oregon.

Faith Christian's record now sits at 12-4-1. As for Oregon, their record is now 9-5-1.

Faith Christian might still be hurting after the 6-0 defeat they got from Oregon when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Falcons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
