Oconomowoc waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Madison Country Day. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

Ben Gricius paced Oconomowoc's offense, picking up 12 kills. Gricius got some help from Nate Karnowski and his 24 assists. Karnowski was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

Oconomowoc's victory bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Madison Country Day, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Oconomowoc has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against St. Ambrose Academy on the 4th. As for Madison Country Day, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Madison La Follette on the 4th.
