Anthony Farina put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Monday. He wasn't messing around, striking out six batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was his third straight with one or fewer earned runs.

Looking ahead, Farina and Lockport will head out on the road to challenge Lincoln-Way East at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Porters have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since April of 2019, but a win here would be a good start.
