Baseball Recap: Bremerton Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Bremerton's offense. They came up short against the North Mason Bulldogs on Wednesday, falling 10-0. The Knights were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 7-6.

Bremerton has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season. As for North Mason, their record now sits at 9-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bremerton will venture away from home to square off against Chimacum at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cowboys have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.5 runs per game on average), something the Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for North Mason, they will head out to take on Bainbridge at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
