Oasis Christian falls despite big games from Nic Place and Cole Durden

On Tuesday, things could have been worse for Oasis Christian, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 48-30 loss to Moore Haven. Oasis Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Oasis Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Cole Durden and Nic Place. Durden scored six points along with seven rebounds and two steals, while Place scored 12 points.
Oasis Christian has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record this season. As for Moore Haven, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-6.
Oasis Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Moore Haven, they will head out on the road to square off against Legacy Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Legacy Charter is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 57.2 points per game this season.
