Basketball Game Preview: Reedsburg Beavers vs. Baraboo Thunderbirds

Meanwhile, Baraboo strolled past Poynette with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 73-59. Given the Thunderbirds' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 149th, while the Pumas are ranked 393rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Baraboo has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.7 points over those games. As for Reedsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12.
